FRAGMENTED PEOPLE BY REFLECTIONs

Different people with the same face... the face of nature. The series is about portraits, however, you're barely going to recognize these people or will be incapable to so, because I'm showing you a little or nothing of the physiognomic features. The important is not a particular face, but the reflection these cause through the mirrors that were exchanged by their faces. All these people were fragmented by the reflections, now the only way to be complete is not with a face, but with their natural environment; this that is reflected in those mirrors which gives them not a personality, but life.

The project itself is a photographic drift, i.e. an intervention of a space with materials found at the site or deliberately brought there with this object. Such intervention would be captured and permanent only through photography.
It can be interpreted as a visual metaphor where occurs an exchange of glances, creating multiple fragmented reflections that aims the observation of the nature itself. In which case, creates a contemplative gaze of two-ways; the viewer's gaze toward the reflection of nature, and the the nature's gaze that metaphorically contemplates herself through the mirrors.
